Onehive Property Management is a boutique strata and rental manager for Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We exist for the buildings big firms treat as an afterthought — the small and mid-sized communities that deserve to be someone's specialty, not their smallest account.

Our story

Built the other way round

We kept seeing the same thing: smaller strata corporations and rental buildings signing with large firms, then waiting days for a callback and months for answers. When you're a 24-unit townhome complex next to a 400-unit tower, you feel it.

So we built Onehive around those communities instead. Local managers who know your building by name. Transparent trust accounting. Technology that makes the day-to-day easy. And a genuine, human answer when something goes wrong.
